R.B. Machining has over 60 years combined experience in Tool and Gage making with more than 20 years experience for I.B.M.'s computer chip industry; we understand that an organized, clean, temperature controlled shop along with a professional understanding of Geometric Tolerance is necessary to achieve the dimensioning your company desires.
We are currently fabricating components for automated machinery in the Medical Industry. All three of our departments are being utilized in this process:
1) Two, three and four axis C.N.C. Milling, C.N.C. Turning
2) Close Tolerance Surface Grinding, O.D. Grinding, Jig Grinding, Jig Boring
3) Prototype Manual Mills, Lathes, and Quick Programming Prototracks
